What locations do we ship to?
Thankfully, we currently offer worldwide shipping on every order! We pack and ship orders to almost every country in the world.
However, if you would like to order to a country outside of the UK and EU, please go to 4allfamily.com instead.
How much does shipping cost to my location?
We currently offer free standard shipping for all orders within the UK and EU. This includes returns and exchanges. For orders of battery items, there is a surcharge of 25-45 EUR in some areas of the EU according to the Dangerous Transport guidelines.
For orders outside the UK and EU, please go to 4allfamily.com instead where we offer worldwide shipping. The exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. The items for orders outside the UK and EU are shipped from the USA in most cases. Also, returns and exchanges from outside the UK and EU have to be calculated separately and are not covered, except in certain cases where our company decides to cover them for certain reasons.
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location.
We offer free standard shipping, with delivery times ranging from 2–4 business days or 6–12 business days, depending on product availability across our warehouses. Please refer to the shipping options shown during checkout and choose accordingly, depending on what options are available at certain times. We usually try to offer the 2-4 business days shipping option in most cases. Please allow extra time during our peak season as postal delays are beyond our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs and natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including carriers, is provided with every order. Every order is insured. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may occur that are beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Every order is shipped with insured shipping and handling to prevent lost packages. If your order is held up at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we're here for you! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, since packages are insured in such cases, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking when possible. Please see our refund and return policies to see when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?
All prices on our website are displayed in GBP, with all taxes fully covered by us. However, depending on your location and the laws in your area, you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Once your order arrives at its destination, import taxes, customs duties and related customs fees may be charged. These are determined by your local customs office. Please obtain more information based on your location and related import laws. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs authority in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more details on the fees.

In some cases, delivery times may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that is within our control.
